RETURNING AN ITEM IS EASY

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Chameleon Scrubs, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return an item you have purchased to us. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.

28 DAYS RETURNS POLICY FOR PEACE OF MIND

The returns policy at Chameleon Scrubs is valid for 28 days from the receipt of an item. You therefore have 14 days from the day you receive your item from Chameleon Scrubs to inform our Customer Care Team that you wish to return the item if it is unsuitable, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us (28 days)

Claims against equipment carrying a warranty can be made up until the warranty expires.

All returns must be arranged and authorized by Chameleon Scrubs, goods returned without an Chameleon Scrubs’s authorization number will not be processed.

Refunds will be applied minus any and all postage costs

A HANDY RETURNS CHECKLIST

Here's a handy returns checklist to help make sure you have everything you need before returning your item:

1- Contact us to get your returns authorisation number and the address to return your item to

2-Include a brief note with your item with the following details

3-Returns authorisation number

4-Your Name

5-Contact details

6-Order number (e.g B12345)

7-The reason for returning the goods

8-Package your item securely to avoid damage

9-Send the package back with adequate insurance to the address provided by our Customer Services Team

10-Retain your proof of posting

11-Wait for your refund or exchange.

For returns of faulty, incorrect and unwanted goods the following conditions must be met:

Customers are required to return goods through their own courier at their own expense however Chameleon Scrubs accepts no responsibility for damages or loss.

Refunds and credit will only be issued once the goods have been returned to us and have been checked to ensure the conditions have been met. Refunds and credits can take up to 10 working days to be applied from the date of the goods being collected.

For returns of faulty goods the following terms apply:

On receipt of the returned faulty goods we will test the product/s to identify the fault which has been notified. If following the testing process the product is found to be without defect, we will return the goods to you. You will be liable for a re-delivery charge and a collection charge if the original collection of the goods was organised through our authorized courier.

Goods found to be faulty will be refunded or credited.

For returns of incorrect goods the following terms apply:

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, customers will be liable for the cost of the goods if they are not returned in this condition.

For returns of unwanted goods the following terms apply:

Restocking fee of 25% apply to all unwanted goods being returned, these must be returned in the orginal packaging and unworn. Items that require repacking will incur £5 charge per item 

Clearance lines, single use products and pharma garments that have been personalised with embroidery or heat-seal are non-returnable.

Products bought in as specials upon request are non-returnable, this includes bespoke made to order scrubs, gowns, lab coats.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, customers will be liable for the cost of the goods if they are not returned in this condition.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have read through the full returns policy before committing to purchase. By purchasing the product the customer is confirming that they have read and agreed to the returns policy applicable to that product.
